About This Course

Upskill staff to resolve conflict effectively and respectfully. As you know not all customer facing roles are the same, and sometimes dealing with people visiting our premises can have its challenges, particularly when handling issues, complaints and crimes. This course is best taken In-house. Our training team will bespoke the course to suit your business needs. Its applicable to those of all levels, and a wide range of sectors. This course can be taken with or without exam. There will be and additional cost for paper or remote invigilator. Please speak to the training team. This courses works well together with WAVE training and Personal Licensing.
